A  Large office with staff  is unnecessary.  A nice Real Estate office filled with office staff looks good and might make you feel good as a seller but it is expensive, and won’t bring buyers to your property.  Buyers find properties by searching the Internet and driving through neighborhoods, not by stopping into Real Estate offices.
